Bockrath Spot & Spill Warranty Registration

This Limited Warranty entitles you to receive unlimited spot and spill removal service calls for a period of 18 months from date of completed installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by pet urine, vomit, or other bodily fluids and is not designed to cover general soiling issues, or carpet that has been water damaged. We do not guarantee all stains will be removable. This warranty is void if carpet has been cleaned by another cleaner.

If you experience a warranted spot or spill that you cannot remove yourself using our recommended spot and spill removal steps and the Spot Out product provided at the time of sale, please call our Authorized Service Provider, SONRISE CARPET CARE LLC at 937-436-4499 within 48 hours. For Best Results, DO NOT use any other type of retail spot remover as you may permanently set the stain, and could void the warranty. Our Authorized Service Provider will attempt to remove the spot or spill at absolutely no charge to you. All related costs will be billed to, and covered by Bockrath Flooring and Rugs.

Offer applies to residential homeowners only, and is limited to carpeting that has been professionally installed. Commercial or tenant occupied properties prohibited from exercising these warranty provisions. Your warranty must be activated within 2 weeks of carpet installation.
